1.Customer Acquisition Minimum of Rs. 25 Lakhs and above investable surplus

2.Manage Private Wealth, Portfolio Advisory and AIF fund related queries

3.Ensure delivery of various MIS reports as per requirements

4.To develop short term and long-term sales strategies for the Private Wealth business in line with the overall strategic goals of the organization

5.To establish standardized and efficient sales processes to ensure quality control and efficient customer service delivery

6.Achieve a balance of revenue streams through sale of Advisory, Portfolio Management Service & AIF which will build a steady annuity flow

7.To drive strong client servicing and client engagement parameters, to enhance market credibility and deliver superior value proposition

8.Continuous learning, to be better equipped than our competitors

9.To closely observe, evaluate and monitor the client positions, portfolio allocations and ensure that they fall within risk and advisory parameters as laid down by Risk, Compliance and Research Teams

10.To ensure adherence to internal and external Financial advisory guidelines and Risk Policies and ensure standards are in place to minimize mis-selling instances
