Sales Executive Job Description
  1. Proper display of stock.
  2. Counting of morning and evening staff.
    Well-groomed.
  3. Greet the customer and help the customer to buy. Educate the customer brief about the company and inform and show all the collection. Identifying the needs of the customer and accordingly help the customer to buy. Close the sale and try to upsell and cross-sell.
  4. If the customer is looking in for something particular which is not in stock. Make a note of it. Take customer data and ask if we can call once the stock is in.
  5. Customer data to be maintained for customers who purchased and walk out.
  6. Time to time change display.
  7. If any customized order follows up with the order and makes sure the order delivered on time.
  8. Keep the track of birthdays and anniversaries of regular customers and wish them.
  9. Building customer relationships.
  10. Achieving sales targets.
  11. Keeping a track of fast-moving and slow-moving stock.
  12. Knowledge of competitor activity and market trends.
    Coordinate with the Inventory Team / Other Sales Staff/ Stringer / Vendors/Senior Designer and Director for the customer stock.
  13. Follow up for the repairs
  14. Attending Shoots, pop-up if occurred.
  15. Attend Exhibitions if required (PAN India).
    Assisting and attending clients with the D.S Designer / Directors.
  16. Making customer repairs, weighing it, making job packets according to the design.
  17. Repairs follow up with Babus & inventory teams.
  18. Adherence to SOP is a must.
