  1. Making outbound calls to mid/senior level prospective domestic or international clients and generate leads.
  2. Set up meetings on daily basis for sales team.
  3. Guide clients through the buying and selling of properties.
  4. Determine clients needs to propose solutions that suit them.
  5. Manage your client base through excellent follow up on leads for existing and new clients.

Customer Service Executive Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Convince prospective clients that your organization is the right one to meet up their requirement.
  2. Create projection sheet managing the complete pipeline of potential clients.
  3. Willing to cold call relentlessly to ensure monthly call schedule/meetings setup target is met.
